Scott Hessell, Managing Partner
Scott has 13 years of operational and consulting experience in "go-to-market" and on-going market development activities. He worked as Director of Sales and Marketing for a growth-oriented medical device manufacturer involved in the respiratory care field. In that capacity, he was responsible for developing a comprehensive sales, marketing, and distribution structure covering North America, Europe and several other countries. This involved the overall development of sales and marketing strategies, due diligence and selection of distribution partners, management and ongoing training and leadership of a 32-person independent sales force, development of the company's overall promotional efforts including working closely with outside advertising agencies, and the development and financial modeling of the company's multi-tiered pricing strategies.
He has also eight years of experience in consulting with both pre-market/early stage companies and Fortune 500 companies; most in the healthcare field. This work has spanned the globe conducting market analysis, distribution structure development, regulatory analysis, and other related activities covering much of Europe, North America, Asia, and Central and South America.
Scott received his Master of Business Administration from the Thunderbird School of Global Management. The school has been recognized as the country's top graduate program in international business by U.S. News and World Report and The Wall Street Journal and as the top program in the world by The Financial Times.
