In many pre-market and early-stage companies, what is done far too often is that products and services are carefully developed and analyzed in the laboratory and, once largely completed, then understood against the backdrop of the market for which it is intended to be designed.  Our approach is quite different.  Instead of this sequential process, ours is one based on the belief that basic and applied research and more focused product development should be and is ideally best done not in isolation of market development but intimately connected to it. 

As importantly, we also believe this parallel effort results in much faster time-to-market results.  A full analysis of a market's dynamics and opportunities, early-stage due diligence and assessment of potential distribution and/or licensing partners, and coordinated development of costing data and pricing strategies can easily and ideally be done as final product development elements are realized.
